Open University
Malaysia (OUM) was established on 10th August 2000 under the Private Higher Education
Institutions Act 1996, making it the 7th private university in Malaysia. It caters
to the demands of the emerging market and employs the latest approaches to the
teaching-learning process. It thrives on its motto "University for All" as it
believes in the philosophy that education is to be made available at anytime,
anyplace and to anyone.
It offers programmes for Matriculation, Technical & Vocational Training,
Undergraduate Studies and Post Graduate Studies.
